The G15
SNG is part of the G15 group of London's largest housing associations 
.
The G15 members house one in 10 Londoners and are the largest providers of affordable homes in the capital. They build a quarter of all London’s new homes and collectively own or manage more than 600,000 homes.
G15 housing associations have the shared purpose of helping people in housing need, building more homes, and creating communities where people can realise their potential.
The Consortium of Associations in the South East (CASE)
The Consortium of Associations in the South East (CASE) is a research group of 12 major housing associations, who together own and manage homes across the South East of England.
The objective of the group is to share thinking on best practice, as well as to prepare and commission research on matters of common interest.
The group’s research aims to educate decision makers on how national and local policy will affect housing associations and their residents.
Homes for the South West
Homes for the South West (H4SW) is the leading voice for affordable housing in the South West. It consists of chief executives from twelve of the largest housing associations in the region who are committed to tackling the growing shortage of affordable housing.
Members of H4SW currently own more than 250,000 homes. They also provide more than 500,000 people with a place to call home and contribute £1bn to the local economy every year. But crucially, in this Parliament we, as a member of H4SW, are eager to work with other members and partners to do more.
The social homes provided by members of H4SW are vital for individuals and families whose income means they would not be able to afford to pay rent at the market rate.
This is why members of H4SW are continuing to identify and tackle the barriers to new housing across the South West. We are making the case for new housing at a local, regional and national level.
Sovereign Development Consortium (SDC)
The Sovereign Development Consortium (SDC) is an alliance of five landlords and housing providers in the south and south west, including SNG.
The consortium's regional overview and strong relationships with national and local developers mean it can build houses where they are needed most, including both rural and urban schemes. The SDC also tailors its developments to fit in with local requirements - such as local lettings, local labour, supported housing and resident involvement.
Working together, SDC members can keep procurement costs down, increase efficiencies, bid effectively for funding, and share best practice when building homes.
Since forming in 2004, the SDC has exceeded government targets with a focus on:
- building quality homes faster
- building more cost-effectively
- making sure homes are energy efficiency
- having the right mix of tenures, including rent, shared ownership, and outright sale
- creating attractive estates with designs that cut crime and traffic, and provide options for housing to be altered or extended for changing family circumstances.
Source Development Partnership
Source Development Partnership is a consortium of developing housing associations across the south and south west.
Joint Ventures
Formal joint ventures include several site-specific redevelopment partnerships with West Berkshire Council and with a number of major developers, including Countryside Partnerships, Crest, Linden Homes, The Hill Group, Tilia Homes and Vistry Group.
Shared Ownership Council
We are a founding member of the Shared Ownership Council , formed in 2024 and stemming from a strategic review of the future of homeownership. The review showed a general recognition of the potential of shared ownership to broaden access to homeownership. The Council’s aim is to improve the consumer experience of shared ownership so that it can meet its true market potential.

As well as working closely on relevant issues with local authorities, health services and other partners across all the areas where we have homes, we have more formal partnerships with a number of local authorities to deliver homelessness services.
