While the Board is responsible for the effective governance of the business, day to day management is delegated to the Executive Board members.
The Executive Board, led by Group Chief Executive Officer Mark Washer, work to deliver the strategy, oversee and improve performance while protecting and growing our organisation.
All colleagues have a role to play in ensuring that we provide good quality, safe and affordable homes and housing management services.
The Chief Customer Officer has responsibility for SNG's compliance with consumer regulation (including the Regulator of Social Housing's Consumer Standards and Tenant Satisfaction Measures), building safety across existing assets, customer health & safety, safeguarding, repairs and other customer services.

Mark is the Group Chief Executive Officer of SNG and an SNG Board member.
Prior to his appointment, he was the CEO at Sovereign from 2018 until the merger with Network Homes in 2023. With extensive experience in the housing sector, he has been Chief Financial Officer at Clarion Housing Group and has been Vice Chair of the National Housing Federation (NHF).
Mark is a trustee of Leadership 2025, a charity developing BME leadership in the housing sector.

Peter is our Chief Financial Officer and an SNG Board member. He also currently chairs the G15 Chief Financial Officer group.
Prior to his appointment at SNG Peter was Executive Director of Finance at Network Homes which he joined in 2019. Overall, he has nearly two decades worth of senior finance experience in housing, advertising and retail, both public and private.
He has a strong, diverse approach to analysis, financial planning and value addition.

Sally is our Chief People and Transformation Officer.
Prior to her appointment at SNG she was Chief People and Transformation Officer at Sovereign where she joined in 2021. Previous roles have been at Dixons Carphone, Ask Restaurants and 20 years at Marks and Spencer.
Overall, she has over 30 years of HR experience.

Kevin is our Chief Information Officer.
Prior to his appointment at SNG Kevin held the role of Chief Information Officer at Sovereign where he joined the organisation in 2019 joining from Arriva Trains.
He has significant experience in delivering transformational change through technology, he’s held several senior roles in IT, working across the water, construction and transport sectors.

Kirsten is our Group General Counsel and joins us from global banking giant JP Morgan, where she held senior roles over more than ten years, most recently leading the global legal team supporting the Payments business within its Corporate & Investment Bank.
Prior to JP Morgan, she also headed legal teams at Barclays Bank, and was an associate at global law firm, DLA Piper.

Nicole is our Chief Customer Officer and she leads all customer facing services in Southern and Southwest England, including safeguarding, and on compliance with consumer regulation.
Prior to her appointment at SNG Nicole was Chief Customer Officer at Sovereign which she joined in 1998 and has led a range of operational and customer-service teams and major projects across property, housing and landlord services.
She brings extensive experience of the social housing sector and a passion for developing a forward-thinking customer/resident-centric culture.

Guy is our Chief Investment and Development Officer, and his role covers developments in Southern and Southwest England.
Guy brings extensive experience from across the public, private, and third sectors in investment, asset management, and development.
He joins us from Hyde, where, as Chief Investment Officer, he led the delivery of their new homes programme. Guy's career spans over 30 years, including senior roles in commercial real estate consultancy and investment management.
